We are a group of psychotherapists, who are also trained in art therapy. We offer art therapy to children with a specialized approach in trauma-informed therapy, attachment theories, and family systems. We also offer psychotherapy and art therapy to adults, and are welcoming adults from minority groups including immigrants, refugees, First Nations, and LGBTQ.
Our psychotherapists are also trained in helping women with Neurodivergent experiences such as ADHD and Autism. We also support victims of domestic violence.
