Clear Water Integrated Health is a counselling and mental health practice based in Burlington, Ontario, serving individuals, couples, and families throughout Halton Region and area. Our team of Registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists offers evidence-based support using approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, delivered both virtually and in person.
We provide counselling for women, men, couples, families, children, adolescents, along with specialized neurodiversity and autism services — including ABA therapy, skill development, social work services, caregiver support groups, play-based respite, and small-group and youth sessions. We are approved providers for funded programs including Jordan's Principle, the Ontario Autism Program, Ontario Special Services at Home, the Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities Program, the Passport Program, and other Ontario special needs supports.
We also offer counselling for chronic illness and pain management, workplace stress and career-related concerns, motor vehicle injury recovery, and inclusive mental health support for equity-seeking communities, along with group programs and ACT skills training.
Clients may self-refer or be referred by a physician, school, or other professional. Detailed receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement, and appointments are available during the day, evenings, and weekends.
