As a psychotherapist with a research background and a deep commitment to holistic well-being, I support Veterans dealing with trauma, sexuality, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is bold yet adaptable—grounded in science while infused with warmth, humour, and an edge that makes therapy feel like a real, human conversation.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I work collaboratively, meeting you where you are, helping you reclaim control over your emotions, relationships, and daily life. My methods integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic techniques to ease emotional distress, improve resilience, and support long-term growth.
Many of my clients say they feel at ease right away—confident that therapy with me is a space where they can be fully themselves without judgment. Whether you’re adjusting to civilian life, struggling with past experiences, or just need someone who truly listens and gets it, I’m here to help.
