I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering a safe, client-centred space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, parenting, cultural identity, relationships, workplace stress, and youth challenges. My integrative approach draws from person-centred, acceptance and commitment, emotionally focused, solution-focused, narrative, mindfulness-based, yoga-informed, and somatic-informed practices. Before entering the counselling field, I spent over a decade in the corporate sector, which deepened my understanding of balancing ambition, caregiving, and identity. As a second-generation Chinese Canadian, a partner to a first responder, and a mother, I bring a lived understanding of cultural identity and shifting roles. I offer virtual sessions across Ontario and in-person sessions in Vaughan and Markham.
