I am Kristina, a registered clinical counsellor based on the unceded land and territories of beautiful British Columbia, Canada. I’m currently accepting new clients for virtual and in-person upon, and would love to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
My main therapeutic approach is somatic experiencing, a body-centered modality that helps you release stored stress and trauma by tuning towards your body's sensations, signals and wisdom. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with your inner resilience and sense of safety, supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, burnout, and more.
