Anxiety and Depression Recovery Program (A&DRP)
The A&DRP focuses on providing individuals with the skills and resources to overcome the difficulties related to anxiety and depression symptoms and triggers. Through evidence-based therapies and a holistic approach, clients participate in intensive individual and group therapy treatment, psycho-education, mindfulness, yoga, and physical and leisure activities.
This 8-week program consists of 3 phases:
Foundation (Week 1-4)

Virtual/Online
During the foundation phase, you will meet online one-on-one with your designated clinician and mental health coach. Our highly trained staff will coach you on healthy coping and relaxation techniques through mindfulness practices, as well as provide you with valuable psychoeducation and individual counseling sessions. You will also get an opportunity to meet your cohort through online group sessions. The foundation phase will allow you to begin integrating new coping skills and habits into your daily life.

Immersion (Week 5)
In-person at Iremia Lodge

In this phase, you will build upon the skills and tools learned in the foundation phase of the program. During the immersion phase, you will stay at Iremia Lodge, where you will have a private room at the residence.

You will continue your healing and recovery alongside your group members through household tasks and activities while attending individual and group therapy sessions. This will help reinforce healthy behaviors and provide a safe space to share your experience and to further develop coping skills in a tranquil environment dedicated to healing while minimizing the distractions and business of your daily life.

Integration (Weeks 6-8)
Virtual/Online

The integration phase will allow you to return home with continued support to assist you in reaching your established treatment goals for an additional three weeks. Your designated clinician from the program will stay in touch with you for further individual sessions, along with continued peer support through group sessions. This phase of the program will reinforce positive behaviors and ensure the lessons you learned throughout the program stay with you for years to come.
