Hope & Healing Integrative Mental Health Group
Private practice
Hope & Healing Integrative Mental Health Group provides compassionate, trauma-informed virtual counselling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families across Ontario.

We understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when life feels overwhelming. Our team offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and supported at their own pace.

We help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, self-esteem concerns, and attachment-related issues. Our therapists draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), attachment-based approaches, somatic therapies, and nervous system-informed care.

To help ensure the best fit, referrals are personally reviewed and thoughtfully matched with the therapist whose experience, personality, and clinical approach best align with each individual's needs and goals.

At Hope & Healing, we believe healing happens through safety, connection, and compassionate support. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your teen, your relationship, or your family, our team is here to walk alongside you.
