Laura England is a Registered Psychotherapist who has been practicing psychotherapy for over 15 years. She uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach with extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. In addition, she is a qualified supervisor to other Psychotherapists.
Laura believes that healing happens in the presence of safety, compassion, and curiosity. Her work is grounded in the understanding that our responses to life—no matter how challenging—make sense in the context of our experiences.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle and respectful approach that helps us understand the different “parts” of ourselves that carry pain, protection, and resilience. Rather than trying to get rid of symptoms, IFS invites us to listen to what our inner world is communicating and to restore connection with our core Self—the part of us that holds calm, clarity, and compassion.
Laura supports clients in understanding their inner world, building nervous system safety, and reconnecting with their inherent capacity for compassion and balance. Therapy is collaborative, paced, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique process. Laura’s role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you build a deeper, more trusting relationship with yourself.
