Atlee is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Therapist Intern at Your Story Counselling Services. Atlee works with clients who experience challenges surrounding anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, perfectionism, compulsive behaviour, self-esteem, and relationships. Atlee's approach is warm, non-judgemental, and culturally informed, with a focus on building genuine trust. She is informed by a range of therapeutic modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She offers reduced fee and sliding scale options.

Outside of the clinical setting, Atlee enjoys film photography, painting, thrifting, reading, exercising, and spending time with her pets, family, and friends.

Atlee is currently completing a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto and hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University. Her experience across a diverse range of mental health settings has contributed to her trauma-informed foundation and strengthened her passion for supporting individuals navigating a range of mental health concerns.
