Cognito brings assessment, medication management and therapy together under one team. Nurse practitioners lead your assessment and ongoing medical care, consulting psychiatrists provide specialist input on more complex presentations, and CBT care providers deliver structured, evidence-based therapy. Rather than referring you out to separate, disconnected providers, your team communicates directly about your care.
Everything runs through our online client portal, where you can manage your account, complete forms, upload information, book appointments and work through self-led courses at your own pace. One-to-one sessions take place on Google Meet, and group therapy runs on Zoom.
