Margaret’s Housing and Community Support Services delivers a continuum of supportive housing and community-based programs designed to promote safety, stability, and well-being. Housing services are available to individuals who identify as female, are vulnerable, and living with complex health challenges. Options include 24/7 high-support transitional housing, shared congregate settings based on a “Kinship Model,” and independent self-contained units.
Community programs are open to all individuals and address a wide range of needs. These services include crisis intervention, mental health and justice supports, food and clothing security, a warm line, 24/7 respite care, the Toronto East Drop-In Centre, integrated employment programs, housing navigation, eviction-prevention case management, individualized senior support, and crisis support beds for women.
