Through live call, text, webchat, and online service from 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays) year-round, resource navigators strengthen vital connections by referring people in need to resources in their local communities, including food banks, income assistance programs, seniors services, legal resources, immigrant services, counselling, and shelter information.
