I have 28 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and groups. I have worked in outpatient and inpatient Psychiatry as well as in Seneca's Counselling Department. I have worked for many years with young adults who are struggling with transition to post-secondary education. I also specialize in social anxiety. I am LGBTQ friendly and can help with depression, anxiety, relationship problems and career exploration. I am down to earth and tailor my sessions to your needs.
