Toronto Psychology Clinic (TPC)
Dr. Saunia Ahmad
Private practice
Toronto Psychology Clinic (TPC) helps individuals, couples, families, and groups of all age ranges, with a unique focus on racialized, immigrant, first/second-generation Canadian, neurodiverse, and other marginalized clients. TPC was born from a clear market gap: the lack of culturally responsive, clinically rigorous mental health care for diverse communities in Ontario. TPC is one of the first psychology practices in Ontario to centre the needs of marginalized communities.

Our mission is to deliver evidence-based therapy with deep cultural sensitivity. We work with clients navigating issues like anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, and burnout—often intertwined with intergenerational pressures, systemic barriers, and identity challenges. TPC meets these needs not just by offering therapy, but by building a space where clients are truly understood and providing education and workshops in the community.
