KIDSPEECH™ & Family Rehabilitation is a private speech-language pathology clinic established in 1988 which provides services to infants, children, and adults who have been diagnosed with autism, acquired brain injuries, complex injuries, birth injuries, strokes, learning difficulties, literacy problems, voice (nodules, hoarseness), and have communication difficulties with speech, language, myofunctional difficulties (drooling, motor speech, tongue thrust), social skills, reading, writing, executive functions and or cognitive communication.
Other services include referral services to community programs such as ABA, OT, PT, psychology and audiology and parent training to enable parents to learn strategies to facilitate their baby’s early speech milestones.
KIDSPEECH™ also conducts medical legal assessments for lawyers (both plaintiff and defence counsels), independent examinations, communication intermediary (CI) services to individuals who require support in court, and certified Life Care Plans for clients who have one or more organs injured as a result of an injury at birth or following an accident.
