Gillian offers counselling and conflict resolution services to individuals, couples, families, friends, organizations, and workplaces. Whether you are looking to strengthen your relationship with yourself or others, Gillian offers support to help you navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
Based in the Comox Valley, British Columbia, Gillian offers online and in person sessions that are flexible, private, and tailored to your needs.
I use an integrated, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach. Each session follows your lead, focusing on the issues most important to you in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully, move through challenges, and foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships. With a deep belief in every person’s ability to grow, heal, and change, I help clients better understand themselves and others while creating lasting improvements in relationships and overall well-being.
My Qualifications
In addition to being a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, my formal education includes:
• Master of Counselling Psychology (MACP)
• Master of Arts, Community and Regional Planning
• Bachelor of Arts, Economics
Additional Certification
• Conflict Analysis & Management – Institute for Conflict Analysis & Management
• Former Member – BC Mediation Roster (Civil), Mediate BC
• Yoga Teacher Training – Sandra Sammartino

• $150 for an individual
• $170 for 2 or more people.
