bout My Practice
You don’t have to abandon yourself to belong.
You don’t have to betray your needs to be loved.
At Kind Therapy Ottawa, I offer a compassionate and grounding space for adults who feel emotionally disconnected, overwhelmed by inner pressure, or unsure how to meet their own needs. Many of the people I work with carry invisible pain—shaped by early life experiences, cultural messages, or years of putting others before themselves.
Even if you seem “fine” on the outside, inside you might feel numb, stuck, lost, or exhausted from trying so hard to hold it all together. If you’re longing to feel more like yourself again—more clear, more connected, more alive—you’re in the right place.
How I Work
My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with presence, patience, and compassion. I integrate narrative, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and NARM-inspired work to help you reconnect with your body, your boundaries, your voice, and your truth.
We go at your pace. We honour your story. And we hold space for all of you—especially the parts that have gone unseen.
I Often Support Adults With:
Emotional disconnection and numbness
Anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt
Grief, loss, and life transitions
Inner child wounds and developmental trauma
Boundary setting and people-pleasing
Self-worth and identity
Cultural or generational pressures
What You Can Expect
Therapy with me is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about coming home to who you truly are. You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect. I’ll offer tools to support your nervous system, reconnect you with your inner knowing, and gently guide you toward a more integrated, empowered experience of yourself.
Whether you’re seeking therapy, exploring a course or workshop, or just taking your first step inward—I’m here to walk alongside you.
