I work with Healthcare Workers, Veterinary Professionals, Emergency Responders and Legal Professionals experiencing stress/compassion fatigue. I provide grief counselling for pet owners and veterinary professionals. I consult immigrants transitioning to life in Canada on settlement, cultural awareness, psychological coping.

I specialize in OCD (Obsessive-compulsive disorder), ADHD/ADD, mood and anxiety disorders including GAD, health anxiety, different phobias, panic disorder, depression, bipolar, Eating Disorders, insomnia, and personality disorders such as OCPD and BPD and trauma.
I work through trauma and attachment lenses and understanding of Polyvagal theory, and my main therapeutic modalities include: CBT (Cognitive Beahvioural Therapy), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), DBT(Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), RODBT(Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), mindfulness based: MBCT and MBSR, Gottman Method couples therapy, EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy) and SFT (Solution-Focused Therapy).

I work with people who experience mental health challenges, personal struggles, parenting challenges, work place stress, Compassion Fatigue, separation and divorce, relationships problems, grief and loss, animal related grief and loss, trouble sleeping, mid-life changes and caregiver stress.

I am here to help you develop strategies to manage the feelings that are holding you back from living a healthy and productive emotional life.
