The Firestone CBT Clinic offers in-person or remote psychotherapy services for adults and adolescents who want help with a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety (worry, OCD, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic), stress management, depression / mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma / PTSD, grief, self-esteem issues and relationship concerns. We also provide couples therapy services for clients who want to strengthen communication, improve conflict management, deepen their emotional connection and increase respect, affection, and intimacy. Our practitioners offer services in English or French.

We are a group of experienced and competent doctoral-level psychologists and psychotherapists who are passionate about teaching clients how to manage their emotions and get their lives back on track. Using an integrative model based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, we provide effective therapy to help clients address challenges and improve their quality of life.
