I am a clinical social worker, psychotherapist and ISST-CAST Certified Sandplay Therapist in private practice. I work with adolescents and adults. My clinical work integrates a variety of cognitive, psychodynamic and creative approaches to address mental health issues, personal struggles and trauma.

I have a strong mental health background with children and adolescents in hospital outpatient clinic, in addition to twenty-five years of private practice with adults. I am committed to anti-oppressive and culturally aware practice. My approach is holistic - attending to body, mind and spirituality through creative process, imagination and mindfulness within the container of a safe and affirming therapeutic relationship.

I am a provider of NIHB services. And am approved for direct billing with a number of insurance providers.
