We all experience stress. How we cope with this stress either past or present is the challenge. It is possible to acquire coping strategies to not only reduce stress but to reach a place of happiness and resolution. Our Managing Director has been counselling individual, adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families for 40 years. In addition, Clinical Consultation & Counselling includes nine Associates (Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers) who have a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise in therapy. Our therapists work with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families and employ a variety of research-based approaches.

Call, email, or make a phone appointment with our Intake Coordinator for individual adults, adolescents, and children, couples, and families. A parent/guardian may refer their child and adolescent. However, the child or adolescent either gives written consent to participate in therapy or the parent gives consent on behalf of the child depending on their age and ability to understand what they are consenting to. We have free 15 minute consultation appointments available with a therapist to see if the person feels the therapist is a good match. We offer a sliding scale rate for people who need a more affordable rate.
