As a clinical psychologist with a special interest in women’s mental health, I’m passionate about supporting women in living more authentic and fulfilling lives. I help women develop self-trust, build confidence, embrace vulnerability, set healthy boundaries, connect with their values, nurture meaningful relationships, and navigate the complexities of work and family life.

In our work together, we’ll explore how your relationships—past and present—shape how you feel and how you relate to yourself and others. Many of the struggles women face—like people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, self-doubt, feeling stuck, or emotionally disconnected—often have roots in early relational experiences and unmet emotional needs. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can tune into your emotions, understand them, and begin to respond in new, more empowered ways. This process not only brings insight—it fosters growth, healing, and more authentic connection with yourself and others.

I have extensive experience supporting pregnant and postpartum women facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss. I also work with those navigating infertility, birth trauma, NICU experiences, burnout, parenting stress, career pressures, relationship difficulties, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, and other major life transitions. I believe asking for help is a courageous and powerful step toward healing. I look forward to connecting with you.
