Ethier, Manuelle - Social Worker, MSW, RSW
MGE Therapy
Private practice (individual)
As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside my clients with empathy and compassion, helping them uncover and embrace their own strengths. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and respectful space, ne where you feel truly heard, accepted, and empowered to grow.

For over 20 years, I worked as a social worker at CHEO, supporting individuals, couples, parents, families, youth, and children through acute and chronic illnesses, new diagnoses, relationship challenges, and traumatic life events. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) as well as a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Gerontology. I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), insured and bonded, and an active member of both the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW) and the Brainspotting Canada Association. I am certified in Brainspotting therapy.

My approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and a holistic, person-centered philosophy. I believe in focusing on your overall well-being, mind, body, and spirit, while working together to strengthen your existing coping strategies and introduce new tools to help you navigate your current challenges.

I offer services in both English and French, as well as a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs. Together, we can explore how I can support you in living a life that feels fulfilling, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are.
