Accepting New Clients! Do you often hold onto what went wrong in the past, or everything that can go wrong in the future? Thoughts about worst case scenarios may be keeping you up at night, or taking you away from other priorities. Anxiety takes away your ability to be present in everyday life. Responsibilities like school or work feel consuming and are affecting your well-being and your relationships. Stress and anxiety may show up as frequent headaches, trips to the washroom, or uneasy sensations in your throat or stomach. Feeling overwhelmed, you may have lost control with behaviours like skin picking.

Sometimes our thoughts can make us feel overwhelmed or like the end of the world. Together we will be able to untangle those scary thoughts and make better sense of them. My goal is for you to be able to picture your ideal day or week and turn that into a reality, one step at a time. Step 1 is to begin therapy. You're already on your way!

My priority is to support you in finding lasting personalized strategies to better manage your worries, feel more calm, and have a better work-life balance, improving your relationship with yourself and others. Your well-being and happiness are the most important! You can reach out to me here, by phone or my website to directly book an appointment. Thank you
