Hi, I'm Nicole!
I provide virtual therapy for adults across Ontario who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, infertility, and overwhelming life transitions.
You may look like you’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or exhausted inside. Maybe your thoughts won’t slow down, or past experiences keep showing up in ways you don’t fully understand. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin to feel more like yourself again.
I’m a Registered Social Worker, therapist, and mom who specializes in trauma therapy, anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health. I support individuals who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or persistent anxiety and want to better understand what’s happening and move forward.
I have extensive experience working with complex trauma and childhood trauma. Together we explore how past experiences may still shape your thoughts, relationships, and sense of safety while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded.
I also support individuals navigating pregnancy and postpartum challenges, including postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, fertility struggles, birth trauma, and identity shifts that can accompany becoming a parent.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. Together we work to process trauma and develop practical tools to manage anxiety and depression so you can move toward greater stability, clarity, and connection.
