The Ottawa Independent Living Resource Centre (OILRC) is one of 28 ILRC's in Canada. We are a non-profit organization, serving people with diverse disabilities in the community of Ottawa for more than twenty years by providing information and referral, peer support, empowerment skills development and youth empowerment & transition.
