Kindred Hope Wellness provides counselling with teens and adults, couples and families with anxiety, depression and other concerns. We specialize in clients' complex lives with a focus on professional and personal lifestyles, such as individuals deciding on transition careers or dealing with difficult careers (i.e. police officers, paramedics, nurses, teachers, etc.).
Another area of specialization is in parenting strategies and skills, particularly involving neurodivergent/atypical individuals with exceptionalities (disabilities). Kindred Hope Wellness has extensive experience with exceptionalities, such as high-functioning autism (ASD), Asperger's, and ADHD.
We are dedicated to providing a safe, trusting, and open environment of respect for all individuals, couples, and families who want to speak freely. We take deep consideration towards all respect for race, ethnicity, religion, exceptionalities (disabilities), sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression.
